Akron, OH: Shincor Silicones, a global manufacturer of silicone HCR and LIMS, has recently issued a selection guide for their newest LIMS (Liquid Injection Molding System) products.
The guide provides detailed technical data on a variety of Shin-Etsu LIMS, including general purpose, fast curing, and low viscosity grades, as well as their unique Selective Self-Adhesive, high tear, high elongation and low durometer products.
The guide offers an extensive table of physical properties, including hardness, tensile strength, elongation, 100% modulus, tear strength, linear shrinkage, viscosity and cure rate. Class VI and FDA testing are also indicated.
Curing conditions for all of the physical property data are provided in a supplemental chart.
